How Many Appointments Are Required

The first appointment which ideally is 2 hours will be used to get to know the client and understand and appreciate the depth and intensity and cause of their pain.  I will spend time asking questions about the clients life and life style and a bit of family and health history. In this session I will also spend time explaining hypnosis and NLP and how and why it works. In this first appointment I would expect to teach the client to relax and realise they can let go of the pain.

In the second appointment I generally like to teach my clients Self-Hypnosis so that they can practise for themselves. Basically it is a training programme to help people overcome pain so some time and concentration needs to be put in ourtside the sessions.

Hypnosis is known as a 'brief' therapy which means we are trying to help and enable out clients quickly  and in only a  few  appointments.  We help them find their own power to eliminate their  discomfort.

Payment of Fees:

Pre-payment by direct banking is preferred or clients should pay by cheque or cash at the time of the appointment.

Discounts are offered for block bookings of more than 4  appointments if they are prepaid.

Cancellation of Appointments:

Please be punctual as appointments and the timing of them is carefully planned to allow each client sufficient time.

Please Note: Full charge is made for missed appointments where insufficient or notice is given as room charges and other expenses still have to be paid. In case of sickness or travel problems the appointments can be rebooked.
